Most questions resolve by creating an account and opening your branch.
Product path (preferred)
- New household — Create free account, then create a household under Households.
- Already invited — use the invite link, or sign in and accept under Invitations.
- Account & export — after sign-in, Settings covers sign-out, billing context, and household story export.
